(“ICC”), AND/OR THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, STAFF, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACT ASSESSORS, MEMBERS, AUDITORS, VOLUNTEERS, SUPPLIERS, AND/OR OTHER AFFILIATES OF IAS OR ICC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, USE, OR DATA WHETHER BROUGHT IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS WEBSITE OR THE USE, RELIANCE UPON OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY MATERIAL CONTAINED IN OR ACCESSED FROM THIS WEBSITE. Unauthorized Use of IAS Website Portal Account

IAS website portal accounts shall be managed by the account holder's designated representative (the “Account Manager”). Upon the discharge of one Account Manager from the account holder's employ or agency, or upon the transfer of duties from one Account Manager to another, the account holder shall take proper security measures as soon as possible so as to prevent unauthorized third party use of its IAS website portal account. These security measures include updating username and password information and updating account information to reflect the correct identity and contact information for the designated Account Manager. In no event shall IAS, ICC, and/or their officers, directors, agents, staff, employees, contract assessors, members, volunteers, suppliers, and/or other affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the unauthorized use of your IAS website portal account by third parties, including but not limited to the unauthorized use by your former Account Manager(s) or other former and/or current employees.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IAS, ICC, and/or their officers, directors, agents, staff, employees, contract assessors, members, auditors, volunteers, suppliers, and/or other affiliates from and against any and all damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Website Terms and Conditions of Use or any applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations relating to your use of this website portal.

Changes to These Website Terms and Conditions of Use

IAS reserves the right to revise these Website Terms and Conditions of Use. You agree to be bound by any changes to these Website Terms and Conditions of Use if you continue to use the Website after any such changes are posted.
