Will I receive notifications from IAS Connect App?

Yes, IAS Connect App will send notifications according to your role. Some examples include: Assessment Assigned, Application Submitted, Checklist Assigned, etc.

What timezone does the App display?

For scheduling purposes, times are set in the customer’s local timezone.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Please click on the “Forgot Password” link at the Login screen and enter your email address in the “Forgot Email” textbox provided.
Once submitted, an email will be sent with instructions to create a new password.

Does the App sync immediately with the portal when connected to the internet?

The app should sync immediately once connected to the internet.

Can I work on checklists while offline?

Yes; however, please be sure to open the app and the assessment ahead of time while still connected to a network. You must have accessed the assessment while connected to have offline access.

Can I reaccept an assesment after I decline?

An assessor can accept and decline an assessment as many times as they would like. Each time an assessor accepts an assessment, they must agree to the terms and conditions.

How can I log in to the IAS Connect App?

First, you must download the IAS Connect App from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Then, please use your existing IAS-Portal username and password to log into the IAS mobile app. For staff, this is your Active Directory (daily computer login) credentials.

Will the data in a checklist be lost if I lose Internet connectivity while entering data in a checklist?

No. In order to save changes made to a checklist in offline mode, please click the action gear icon on the top right of the screen and tap on “Save Checklist”

What programs should be pre-installed to use the IAS Connect App?

To get the full experience with the IAS Connect App, you must have the following programs installed on your device:

  1. WinZip (for unzipping) (android only)
  2. Adobe Acrobat Reader App (for reading PDF)
  3. ES File Explorer (For unzipping) (android only)
  4. Files by Google (for unzipping) (android only)
  5. https://www.wps.com/en-US/ (for word processing, excel) (android and IOS)
  6. OneDrive (minimum IOS 11), Dropbox (minimum IOS 10) etc. (for easier transfer between laptop and tablet) (android and IOS)

If you are using an iPad or another iOS device, you do not need to install any programs.
